The Abbotsford Lions Club is a local service club that raises funds to assist people with disabilities, the blind, and those in need in our community who cannot help themselves.
Club members come from all walks of life, self employed people, bankers, police officers, retired people, community service workers, taxi drivers, opticians, school administrators, office clerks, lawyers, airport workers, doctors, and marketing specialists among others.
The Abbotsford Lions Club raises funds through Bingo, Poker Nights, Garage Sales, Easter Egg writing at Wal-Mart, Xmas Gift Wrapping at Zellers, Pancake Breakfasts and other activities.
The Abbotsford Lions Club is active in Community events such as Adopt-A-Block, Canada Day Parade, The Cancer Centre Drop Zone, and Lunch With A Bunch for Seniors.
